I took the exam for the 2^nd time yesterday. I passed with an 810, not the best score but it’s still a pass. Some things to know are:

• IRQ’s: know what will conflict with what.
• Cables: know which category fits which standard, also know what max length are.
• Packets: know size and how they work.
• Switches: know how the work.
• Troubleshooting: know it, live it.
• Be prepared for several planing questions.

If you have the transcender tests, be sure be scoring at least 970+ before you take the test.
