Networking Essentials
Test # 70-58

Took Essentials this morning and passed. Microsoft is now implementing an adaptive test engine for most if not all of the tests on the track.

I had heard they this was going to happen but I was not prepared to see it this morning.

I had a total of only 25 questions. A pleasant surprise.

You can't go back and change your answers so make sure before clicking next.

You are only allocated 30 min for the exam. Plenty of time really considering that I was finished in 13 minutes. This was my fifth test and I actually found the adaptive test to be easier than the previous tests. The passing score was only a 552.

Hopefully this new type of testing will stop all of the inane rote memorization that many use to pass these tests. Employers will see right through your BS. Memorization is useless if you can't apply your skills in the workplace. Experience counts above all.

The MCSE should be the result of hands-on accumulated knowledge, NOT memorization. Please don't let this certification lose it's value in the eyes of prospective employers by simply memorizing. Obviously memorization is necessary to an extent but please don't think you can simply attain this MCSE in this fashion and expect to be a valuable asset to any company.

BEWARE!! I've looked at most if not all past braindumps listed here. I only saw a fraction on the test. There were many that are NOT listed.

DOWN WITH THE INFERNAL PAPER MCSE!!!!

Know your stuff inside and out and this exam is an absolute breeze.
