I appeared in the netessential paper on 24 dec'98.as you all know the exam is now

adaptive I found it very hard as I got only 554 marks.Required passing marks are

552.OOOH that was a close call.

All I could remember now is

  1. Know your WINS,DNS ,DHCP very well I was shocked to get around 10 question of these topics.
  2. Know the cable specs very well.
  3. Know WAN well
  4. three scnereo quest about t1 and t3 and ATM.

That's all foks ,I got only 25 questions but they were very hard for me,Please do prepare well.Off to TCP/IP and IIS now.
