Took the 70-058 yesterday and passed with a 965. Studied using the Sybex book, Transceder exams, and the Exam Cram book. Exam Cram was helpful and narrowed things down a lot. I'll contnue to use these. Above all these braindumps helped more than anyth
1.. Had the 3 city T1 situation questions just like listed on other listed braindumps.
2.. Had a lot of router, brouter, bridge, gateway questions.
3.. Noticed on my Required/Option question that a couple had 3 options instead of 2.
4.. One Required/Option question had a situation where they were going from a share level to a user level network. Wanted to see how many times people accessed with wrong passwords, etc. Only one of the situations mentioned setting the audit functio
5.. Did not have a lot of protocol questions.
6.. A total of 5 Required/Options questions.
7.. 2 questions on NDIS/ODI.
8.. Definition of crosstalk.
9.. Question about distance-vector routing protocal and listed about 8 choices. Only RIP was right.
10.. Couple of questions about IRQ conflicts
11.. Questions related to 802.x such as RJ-45 related to what, barrel connector related to what, 10base5 uses what kind of connector.
12.. Know the distance limits of media.
13.. No 5-4-3 rule questions.
14.. Any question with ATM as answer, choose it.
15.. Know speed limits of media.
16.. Know ohm readings.
That is about it. I thought the test was fair and not tricky at all. I was very nervous but took my time. If I didn't know the answer right away, I marked and came back later. The test was give on Windows 3.1, but no big deal. Read each question
