1st was about assigning IP addresses over RAS and allowing full access to the network.

3rd something about using a ras server on a lan connected to an ISP via router and win95 clients. What to set default gateway and where to set deafult gateway in order that 95 clients can access the internet ???????????????

4th Implementing encrypted remote access and allowing clients to see the rest of the lan through the ras server. (solution meets requirements an optional requirements etc.)

2 seemingly valid ip's on same subnet with different default gateways. But Ip's were not valid and so tried to contact router when logically anded .

Watching packets with network monitor and you see workstation sending an arp broadcast when trying to contact remote ip address which you cannot contact.
