Hello !    I've just passed TCP/IP exam, with 600 + some points in Zagreb.

   Test is hardest yet, but if you read and learn materials from all braindumps

  you would be able to pass.  Make sure you understand IP calculations, all

  DNS, WINS, DHCP... and other stuff. Of course test is adaptive. Forget about

 MS PEP test - not so helpful.  For me braindumps were enough, but anyway

 I surprised my self by passing it on first try

    OK here's my contribution : 

 1. Using Win explorer, workstation cannot conect to server on same subnet.Why?

2. Using DHCP  to assign  IP  on 3 NT servers. Want to configure same IP 

        every time started  ( two ans.)

3.  Scenario:  1 SERVER with 3 adapters  ,  required : route TCP/IP

       optional: dinamicly update routing tables, provide IP to clients, send trap mesages.   solution : instal TCP/IP, enable IP forvarding, instal DHCP 

4.  Your network has 4 subnets. One subnet has PDC , other BDC. 

   Without using WINS ,  how BDC can comunicate with PDC?

5. What need SNMP  on SERVER  ? 

6.  Workstation1 cannot conect Server  on different subnet , but can ping.

    Other clients on same subnet doing fine.  What's the problem ?

7. 5 servers, 20 UNIX's, 300 workstat. Have DHCP and WINS. Instal  DNS and want to menage host name resolution with minimum efort. How ?

 8. What you need to use Perf. monitor to view TCP/IP statistic on server.

9. Use DHCP , and configure to assign IP to all clients , what else should do ?

10. You can connect server using FTP, but not usung sharename . Why ?

11. Server , DNS, mail server. Which type of record ?

12. You divide netvork into 7 sub. Wanna use DHCP , and specify IP for 2 DNS servers on each client regardles of wichsubnet client is on. How ?

13. When you try to connect server running ftp , get "bad IP" message, but you can ping . Why ? ( chose 2)

14. On which counter for see network packets on router ?

Thats all I can rebember. It was total 25 Q's and 2 hours. I did not borher you with my answers beaucose 3x % could be wrong.   Good luck to all.
