I Extend my thanks to everybody on brain dumps,I have passed my windows NT sever exam with 963\1000.
I strongly feel that with out brain dumps i would not have got this score. my score is as follows.
I have read the following books for my preparation:
The following are questions i got in my exam.
1) The infamous question whether a person will be able to log on when the sever storing the mandatory profiles is down.
The answer to this question is definitely the person will not be able to log on until or unless a cached profile exists. u can take my word for this answer or u can check this in windows NT professional reference by karanjit.s.siyan.
2) You have 4 Domain Controllers and want to Administrators receive alerts when a system errors occurs:
1. Add users to Server Operators Group (and the alerts will be sent automatically.)
2 . Start Alert Service
3. On PDC add Admin. Group to list in Server Manager
4. In each Server put all names in Server Manager
Answer to this "choice 4"
3) How to be alerted if free space in any of the 5 server is below 25 %?

7) Their was an exhibit with Network Configuration for RAS; We have to point in this screen the option to let the user choose their own method of authentication .
The answer for is "any authentication including clear text".
8) There was question how to Convert C drive which contains Windows NT Workstation which is FAT to NTFS.
1. use convert utility
2. delete the partition &then format it with NTFS..
3. etc.
Answer: I think I got this question wrong ,my answer to this question was "choice one". I think u cannot use convert utility on C drive which contains system files. Better check it out.

TCP/IP, not DLC, since you're printing to the unix box, not a network printer

Answer: Client are running only NWLink so you need that. So if you remembered everything it is just TCP/IP & IPX

Answer: U Need only IPX\SPX compatible protocol installed on nt server

Answer: with Rdisk

The answer to this is "server service".

Answer: DLC is not installed

Answer to this definitely "Require Encryption " NOT MICROSFT ENCRYPTION .

Answer to this was "pages /sec" but watch out because they put this in words as" No. of pages per second"
