9. Know when to use GSNW and FPNW. Remember GSNW allows clients access to Netware resources. FPNW allows netware clients access to NT resources.

 10. Perfmon -- want to monitor TCP/IP counter on servers. SNMP needs to installed on EACH server that you are going to monitor.

11. Want to send administrative alert -- what to use?

  Explorer -- remember Explorer is used for file and printer permissions. Server manager is used to administer shares 

12. Print device has failed, how to redirect jobs?

  In port of failed printer, specify UNC path to another printer

 13. Know when to use a stripe set, stripe set w/ parity, volume set, mirror set, and duplexing.

 14. Disk in a mirrior set has failed. Drive has been replaced. What is the first thing you need to do? 

Break mirror set

  Choose regenerate from Fault tolerance menu
