Subject: 70-67 Server exam braindump
i've been using this site all my exams, and i just passed server so i thought i was time for my payback.
90% of the questions on my test were right out of the previous braindumps, so i don't want to repeat them.
i only got 3 questions wrong, so here are a couple that might help:
1 - the dialog box for ras properties is shown, and you have have to select with the crosshair's the encryption method which will allow users with various kinds of clients to use the Ras server.
-select "allow any encryption including clear text"
2 - You have 40 NT Workstations in a workgroup named "support" You decided to install the server (PDC) on your network named "support" and make all workstations a members of the domain "support" what must be done after you have installed the PDC? (choose all that apply)
answer:
- user server manager to add workstations to the domain
- Administrators of Workstations must log in to each workstation and use network applet in CP to make workstations join domain
3 - your printer goes down while documents are being printed. how can you redirect those print jobs to a remote printer on another server
- two options which were definitely wrong
- modify the properties for the printer and enter the unc pathname for the new remote printer
-delete the failed printer, create a new printer with the unc pathname for the new printer.
(i thinki got this questions wrong, i chose the first option which was to just modify the print properites, because you can't redirect jobs from one printer to another and that's what you'd have to do if you delete the failed printer. check this one out)
when you go through the braindumps, understand why one answer is right over the others, and make sure you understand why the other options are eliminated - because the test questions and answers are worded differently, you should be able to choose the right answers.
again, for the server exam, a lot of questions were right out of the transcenders.
the server exam was much easier than the workstation exam, but a lot of the material i had to cover for server i had already done for workstation. the materials overlap so much.
