Hi all,

First of all thanks to everyboby making this site living.

I've passe the Enterprise exam this morning with a score of 960 (80% in

managing resources otherwise 100%).

Lot of scenarios wich for a non-english primary reader is quite difficult.

Study resources:

- MCSE from GKN Press

- BrainDump

BrainDump is a usefull source of questions BUT you have to check the given

answers and UNDERSTAND them. (not all are correct)

Now my contribution:

Brokers with RAS connection:

1st meet required and one optionnal (by default data encryption is cleared)

2nd meet only required (hardware security box is useless since it's places

between the RAS server and the modem, someone could sniff the telefon line)

Create performance database for analyzing at a later date:

Perfmon & Netmon

(Response probe is for create an artificial workload wich is not the purpose

here)

System configuration for BDC and Wins server:

Maximize for network application

Need NTFS for netware migration and mapping file for duplicate accounts.

Watch for the No Access on Maria's quest for resources.

Stripe set with parity scenario:

Meet the required result but only one optional (it does produce some

processor overhead to compute the parity wich does not exist in the

duplexing strategy)

And again do not TRUST ;-) all the BrainDump answers unles you've double

checked them.
