Subject: NT Enterprise exam
I got all the typical questions, if you read all the braindumps on this
site you won't be surprised by any of the questions. In fact towards
the end I was wondering why I didn't get any RAS or IIS questions...
they came as the last 5 or 6.
Now the question that everyone is wondering about. How does NT deal
with RAS encryption. I had two questions with different proposed
solutions.
You have a group of people that have NT workstation computers connecting
to a RAS server. You use Clear text at the server.
Basicaly you had to know if assigning clear text authentication at the
server will encrypt passwords, and will it encrypt data. I answered
that it will encrypt passwords, but not data.
The second question said that you will use MS-CHAP and Data ecryption...
and as we all know passwords and data will be encrypted.
I got 82% on connectivity section so maybe I got it wrong? If you read
back a bunch of braindumps you will see a person that went into detail
about how there are two versions of that question in the trancenders.
So just because the trancender says that data is automaticaly encrypted
doesn't mean that it actually is.
I can't think of any questions that weren't in previous braindumps. I
almost got caught on one question because they talked about a local
group and I assumed they ment a global group (since a local group
wouldn't work)... so read carfully!
The few odd ones were:
know Pulse and the other Directory service registry hacks.
know DUMPEXAM.EXE and DUMPCHK.EXE
know that Perfmon is used for making a baseline
know how to filter out DHCP in NetMon (Protocol==DHCP i think)
lots of questions about someone in a certain domain wants access to a
resource in another domain. Why can't see? Trusts, groups and rights.
I didn't have much on user rights, only backup / restore right in the
domain backup question
Good luck.... Enterprise is hardly as bad as I was told.
