Here's a question that I encounter in 068 test recently.

Q: Only payroll dept. cld use printer only. Only users who submit the

job can control it. No one else including administrator cld see and

manager the printer job.

A: 1. remove all printer existing permission. Create a Payroll group,

and assign Document Management Permissioin.

2. remove all printer existing permission. Create a Rayroll group,

and assign Full Control Permissioin.

3. remove all printer existing permission, except Creator Special

Group. Assign Document Management Permission to Creator Special Group.

Create Payroll Group who want to print, Assign it Print Permission.

4. remove all printer existing permission, except Creator Special

Group. Assign Print Permission to Creator Special Group. Create

Payroll Group who want to print, Assign it Document Management

Permission.
