NT in the Enterprise 70-068
Just passed NT in the Enterprise with a score of 921\1000
Used exam cram, Sybex study guide(briefly as it is too boring) and thissite.
This exam is very long, most questions need to be thought about and
worked out which takes time. But if you work on NT it should be no
problem. I took the test three days after starting my study, but that is
only because I work with it, I would not like to take this exam
otherwise. Also a big help is to take the TCP\IP exam first, in fact
take it before all NT exams and you will get lots of freebie questions.
Most of the questions I had appeared on this site especially in Yancy's
dump. The only one I can remember that was different was a variation on
the brokers question. Which goes something like this:
Your company uses the single domain model. Brokers with NT
workstation 4.0 notebooks move around the country and need to have
access to the domain from wherever they are. Your job is to implement
the highest level of security on the domain.
Required results:
Brokers need access to the domain from wherever they are. Only the
brokers may log in and no other users.
Optional results:
Passwords are transmitted encrypted over the line. All data must be
transmitted encrypted.
Proposed solution:
Use a password length with a minimum of 8 characters. Let the system
remember the last 10 used passwords. Force the brokers to change their
password every month. Install a RAS server and configure it with the
RAS
manager so that only the brokers have permission to log in. Use any
authentication method.Use a hardware security host between the RAS
modem and the RAS server
What does the proposed solution produce?
a. The required result and the optional results.
b. The required result and one of the optional results.
c. The required result only.
d. Does not produce the required result or the optional results.
A second question also appeared but instead of the use hardware security
device, it specified use call back specified by user.
Thanks to everyone for their dumps. I only have one to go now.
